Women’s Self-Defense Ministry

These classes not only teach women effective self-defense techniques and real, practical skills to help fend off an aggressor.
They will also include high energy, fun workouts to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, weight loss, and improve physical and mental health to praise music!
We meet on the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Friday of the month in the Small Multi-Purpose Room.
Women ages 18 years and up are welcome. Children’s Ministry will not be available.
