If you’re a dog lover, what a creative way to minister to other dog lovers in the community.  Minister to others by passing out water bottles, tracts, and being relational with a shared love of dogs.  Seize an opportunity to share your testimony and invite them to church.

In order to reach out to gang members and their families, we’ll be at a park in Compton. This will be a fantastic opportunity to share the gospel, minister to them one-on-one, and meet them where they are. The Lord is faithful to bringing all people to Himself.

Join us at Beacon Light Mission as they partner with Medical Mission Adventures to provide services to the homeless community. The CC South Bay team will be there to minister, encourage and pray for those who will receive medical care. Let’s link arms in shining the light of Christ.

Serve alongside the church body as you help sort, bag, and prepare food for weekly distribution from the Food Pantry.  Witness to and pray for the community as you drop off food to community members in need.

Go be the heart and hands of Jesus by providing assistance to parolees and at-risk children.  Outreach will involve doing home repairs on transitional homes.  Be a carpenter like Jesus that His light might shine into the world through your act of kindness.

Everyone loves and welcomes sweets. We will prepare and distribute baked goods care packages with invites to CCSB to first responders and people who work in strip clubs in various locations in our area. Jesus compassionately came to seek and save the lost.  Let us show them Jesus.

Come and love on those in convalescent homes throughout the South Bay.  We will have a time of devotion, worship, and various activities including arts and craft, nail painting, and more. Connect with each individual you are ministering to through these activities. Be relational and show them Jesus.

Calvary Chapel South Bay will partner with One Family Missions to serve a special needs ministry in Downtown Los Angeles. The outreach will include sharing the word, dance worship, games, and fellowship with 20-25 of our special friends and volunteers. We believe in glorifying God together, and our prayer is to co-labor with other ministries to encourage our special friends through sharing the love of Christ.

The Word tells us the prayers of the righteous avail much! There’s an opportunity to stand in the gap and pray for the Love Out Loud Outreaches with one another. We will be in the Prayer Room lifting up the LOL teams and those who they will minister to. Today is the day of salvation!

Foster families will be invited to a storytelling and craft session during which we will discuss the hope we have in Jesus. We will have children’s books available for you to read or you can read your favorite Bible story during this time. We’ll also close the time with crafts and praying over the families.
