      • There will be a physical kingdom on the earth in the future (Psalm 2:8, Zechariah 2:10-11, Psalm 72:8, 16, 19)
    • Pre-Millennial Timeline
      • The church age of grace (Ephesians 3:1-7)

    • v. 7-10
      • Satan is not omnipresent (all-present), omnipotent (all-powerful) or omniscient (all-knowing)
      • Satan is bound for the millennial kingdom and is then released and allowed to tempt the nations at the end of it
        • The children born in the millennial kingdom will be led astray
          • This reveals that even apart from Satan’s presence, the human heart loves darkness (Jeremiah 17:9)
            • Even after Jesus ruling as King (Isaiah 11)
            • Even after the environment being healed (Isaiah 35)
            • Even after true peace (Isaiah 2)
            • Even with long life (Isaiah 65:19-23)
      • We don’t know what this temptation looks like or how long he’s allowed to tempt
        • But we do know 1 John 2:15-16 and that he is a deceiver
    • v. 11-15
      • All sin is eradicated once and for all at the final judgment
        • Hell and Hades are a temporary holding place for the lake of fire
          • In the lake of fire, there is weeping and gnashing of teeth for eternity for everyone who has not believed
        • The alternative is the wedding feast of the Lamb, and the invitation is available for everyone who would believe!
