Heavenly Father, I come before You with gratitude for my job at Tyler Technologies and the opportunity to provide for my family. I humbly ask for stability and security in my role as an Implementation Specialist. I am struggling to learn everything and hope my manager doesn't fear this about me. With my years of experience in implementations, please vindicate me and give me the grace, wisdom, and intelligence to perform excellently. Grant me a breakthrough in mastering my responsibilities, favor with my colleagues, mentor, and manager, and a sense of belonging within my team and company.
